Responsibilities
- Recipe Development:
- Create and innovate pastry recipes that meet the standards of the establishment.
- Develop seasonal dessert menus and special offerings.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all pastry offerings.
- Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to uphold excellence.
- Hygiene and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Implement proper kitchen hygiene practices to prevent contamination.
Must Have
- Experience in pastry or bakery
- Passion for pastry
- Good English level
- Creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Australia
Nice to have
- Diploma in Pastry
- Good communication skills
- Good work etics
- Positive attitude towards work
