WHAT can be returned?
If you are not happy with the quality of the product youy need to return them at receival. You will receive a full refund for items returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All products need to be returned at the receival. We will not accept claims after receiveing your goods.

HOW do customers return items?
If doing pick up you can return them on the spot, if getting products delivered you can return them to our delivery driver if not happy with the quality.

CREDIT for returns?
If product returned in the way described above you will receive a full refund.

PACKING materials?
All our products are packed in food grade material with all certification available upon request?
